Please allow a minimum of 2 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed once we have received it. Any problems please telephone the surgery. If your request is not for an authorised repeat item then it may take significantly longer to deal with.
If your request was for a non-repeat item, i.e. one for which you do not have a valid re-order form, then you may be required to have an appointment before the item can be reissued. All repeat items must be reviewed by a clinician at least once a year.
