THIS SERVICE IS TO BE PHASED OUT AND REPLACED WITH NEW ONLINE PATIENT SERVICES. SEE NEWS ITEM FOR DETAILS.
For our permanently registered patients ordering regular repeat medication.
When Ordering Online - Enter each drug and strength on your prescription. Please ensure the accuracy of your typing to reduce the potential for mistakes. A list of possible drug names will appear as you type. Please choose the appropriate one from the list, if possible. If you type the strength and/or dosage of your drug, please be very careful to provide complete and accurate information e.g. 0.5mg, not .5mg
Your repeat prescription may be renewed without necessarily seeing the doctor. Requests for prescriptions should be made on your local surgery’s prescription line answering machine:
Aultbea: 01445 731599
Gairloch: 01445 712358
Patients may also use the form on our home page to submit electronic repeat prescription requests. Please do not manually type in the drug name but select from the drop down list that appears as you begin to type the drug details.
Requests are processed every working day. Patients should allow a minimum of 2 working days to collect their signed prescription. It may take longer than this for items to be dispensed and available for collection, either from the local pharmacy or Aultbea surgery pick up (see Dispensing tab).
Please note - non-repeat items, i.e. those for which you do not have a valid re-order form, may require you to have an appointment before they can be reissued and will therefore take longer before they are available for collection. Any valid repeat items must be reviewed at least once a year.
