Appointments

All consultations are by appointment only.

If you require to be seen urgently, please phone as early as possible and we will endeavour to give you an emergency appointment for that day.

Alternatively you may arrange to be telephoned by a doctor or nurse who will discuss the problem with you and then agree if and when you should be seen.

To make an appointment at the Gairloch Health Centre, please telephone either of our sites.

There may be days when there is no GP available to provide appointments in the Gairloch Health Centre. On these dates there will be a GP based at our other site in Aultbea.

To make an appointment at the Aultbea Surgery, please telephone either of our sites or ask at reception.

There may be days when there is no GP available to provide appointments in the Aultbea surgery. On these dates there will be a GP based at our other site in Gairloch.

Nurse, ANP, Physiotherapist and Pharmacist appointments are subject to availability.

Aultbea Surgery

Tuesday 9am-11.45am (Closed for Staff Meeting in Afternoon)

How can I cancel a booked appointment?

If you need to cancel or rearrange any booked appointment please call either of our surgeries during opening hours to speak to a member of the reception team.

Appointments can also be cancelled and amended online using our Online Services Portal. This is available 24/7 so may be more convenient. Patients can sign up for our online services by calling or dropping into either surgery site and speaking to a member of the reception team.

Home Visits

If a patient is unable to attend the surgery because of being housebound, immobile or too ill to travel then a home visit may be made at the discretion of the clinician.

Requests for these should be made before 11am, if possible, so that the doctors & nurses can plan their day.
